Beautifully renovated in 2019, we are a Landmark Farmhouse in Unincorporated Boulder County. Surrounded by working farms, the Farmhouse sits on three acres of land with charming outbuildings and majestic trees. Stunning Views of Farms, Stables, the Flatirons, and Indian Peaks Mountains. Surrounded by pastoral beauty and seasonal gardens, our Landmark Farm is a lovely place to stay to experience Farm to Table living. The heart of our historic property is a beautifully renovated (2019) designer farmhouse that features 4 bedrooms/3.5 Baths with CAC. An open space concept connects a chef's kitchen, dining area and living room, all with unique designer appointments. The Master Suite is completely private featuring a luxurious bath and a separate entrance. Minutes to the City of Boulder and DIA.

Greetings! There are not many properties that I have been on that have a depth of history and charm as the Boulder Farmhouse. The property combines historic preservation with modern amenities, with minimal impact via geothermal and solar. I believe Organic Farm to Table, practiced on any level, is our solution to sustainability.
