Beautifully renovated in 2019, we are a Landmark Farmhouse in Unincorporated Boulder County. Surrounded by working farms, the Farmhouse sits on three acres of land with charming outbuildings and majestic trees. Stunning Views of Farms, Stables, the Flatirons, and Indian Peaks Mountains. Very private setting with 50MBS High Speed Broadband.

The space
Surrounded by pastoral beauty and seasonal gardens, our Landmark Farm is a lovely place to stay to experience Farm to Table living. The heart of our historic property is a beautifully renovated (2019) designer farmhouse that features 4 bedrooms/3.5 Baths with CAC. An open space concept connects a chef's kitchen, dining area and living room, all with unique designer appointments. The Master Suite is completely private featuring a luxurious bath and a separate entrance. Minutes to the City of Boulder and DIA.

Guest access
Guests have private and full access to the Historic Farmhouse. Certain Landmark outbuildings, such as our Historic Barn, can also be made available for use. A private Office Cottage with high speed Broadband is also available on request. Certain areas of the grounds, with its majestic cottonwood trees, are open for visiting as well (excluding the animal corrals). There are numerous shaded porches and sitting areas on the property to enjoy. Conditions permitting, there are several fire pits to gather around in the evening.

Other things to note
Cleanliness and hygiene are of utmost importance to us at the Boulder Farmhouse. Completely updated in 2019, the Farmhouse is regularly "Stanley Steam" cleaned, including all duct work. We follow all of Airbnb's protocols and go beyond by using green cleaning products, LG Washers's with Steam and Allergiene cycles, Miele HEPA Vacuums, 3M air filters, etc.

Situated on 3 quiet acres of property with views of the Flatirons, Indian Peaks, and surrounding farms and equestrian facilities. Multiple farm stands brew pubs are minutes away.
Guests have the opportunity to escape quickly into the mountains or sit outside amongst the many cottonwoods and other beautiful trees that adorn the Farmhouse property.

Greetings! There are not many properties that I have been on that have a depth of history and charm as the Boulder Farmhouse. The property combines historic preservation with modern amenities, with minimal impact via geothermal and solar. I believe Organic Farm to Table, practiced on any level, is our solution to sustainability.
