A half-hour from Cooperstown, Glimmerglass, Hamilton, Clinton and Utica. The HD Art Colony makes available this house for nightly or long-term monthly rentals when not in use by artists. It includes a fully-equipped 1950's kitchen, a gas-log fireplace in the living room, ornately carved dining room set. Two second-floor bedrooms, each with private bath and four-poster queen beds; one has an adjoining sitting/work room. The property borders private woods with walking trails. Pet friendly.

The space
At the edge of the village, a five-minute walk from the falls. One queen room with four-poster bed and full bath, and one queen suite with adjoining sitting room and bath, large living room/studio with fireplace, dining room, 50s kitchen. Pricing December – March does not include utilities. Utilities will be billed based on usage at end of the month.
Located a 1/2 hour from Cooperstown, Colgate University, Hamilton College, Utica, golf courses, tennis facilities and Otsego Lake.
