The space
Deep cleaned thoroughly and with a gap of at least 3 days (72hours) between bookings, The White House normally operates as a luxury B&B, now available as an entire house let.
The accommodation is spread across three floors - bedrooms on the first floor, principal reception rooms on the ground floor and entertainment rooms on the lower ground floor.
High ceilings, large rooms, ornate plaster work, original fireplaces and sash windows open to spectacular sea views.
Accommodation comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms (two with sea views), a dining room, 8 seater cinema, gym, laundry room, 2 WCs and a large south-facing fully equipped kitchen-bar-sitting room with french windows leading to landscaped walled gardens with terrace seating, swimming pool, sea views, barbeque, rose garden, ponds and lawns.
Internal facilities include private bath/shower room, flat screen TV, linens, towels, double bed with high-end mattress & two velvet cocktail chairs in each of the FOUR BEDROOMS; a 32” Smart television with dvd player and a cd player with docking in the LOUNGE; the DINING ROOM table seats 8 and doubles as a ping pong table or as a quiet space in which to work with a selection of board-games including Scrabble, Monopoly and Risk; over 100 films to choose from in the CINEMA with POPCORN ROOM attached; 2 exercise bikes, a multigym and a punchbag in the GYM; 2 additional WCs; 2 fridges, a freezer, 2 electric ovens, 8 gas hobs, a dishwasher, kettle, 4-slice toaster, a commercial grill, coffee machine & grinder plus a plentiful supply of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery & glassware in the KITCHEN and bar; a drinks fridge in the BAR (stocked with complimentary beers, wines and soft drinks); washing machine, irons and ironing boards in the LAUNDRY ROOM.
The house comes complete with a good stock of cleaning equipment (including black bin sacks and hoover). The White House also has a centralised serviced fire alarm system with detectors/sounders in every room.
