The space
One of the town's most historic and iconic buildings, The White House is available as an entire house let.
The accommodation is spread across three floors - four bedrooms on the first floor, all with their own private bath or shower room; principal reception rooms on the ground floor (lounge, dining, kitchen, bar and games rooms); a gym, cinema and WCs on the lower ground floor.
High ceilings, large rooms, ornate plaster work, original fireplaces and sash windows open to spectacular sea views and a large walled garden with lawns, mature shrubs, barbeque, ponds and a swimming pool (cold water, open: May - September).
Table tennis, gaming chairs and a selection of board games in the games room; the bar is stocked with complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks; luxury linens , a flat screen TV and a hairdryer in all bedrooms; a popcorn maker and over 100 films in the cinema; two exercise bikes, a multigym, punch bar and boxing gloves in the gym; two fridges, a freezer, two electric ovens, an air fryer, eight gas hobs, a dishwasher, kettle, four-slice toaster, a commercial grill, coffee machine & grinder plus a plentiful supply of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery & glassware in the kitchen; washing machine, irons and ironing boards in the laundry room.

My name is Jason and i have lived in Hastings for 12 years. I usually run the property as a B&B but in the current climate am offering it as an entire house. I also live on site (totally separate accommodation and garden) but am on hand if you need anything or in case of emergency.
