Loft apartment over a garage separate from house. One bedroom with queen bed and sitting room with a sofa that folds down. TV with all the movie and sports channels, Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster over, sink, outdoor grill, washer and dryer. This loft is 2 miles from Kentucky Lake and Moors Resort with marina, boat ramp, restaurant and bar. Room to park your boat with water hose to keep her clean and 50amp RV outlet. Private deck with table and chairs.
The space
The Loft has a private entrance and is setting off the road 300ft. If you have a trailer it is recommended that you back the trailer in the driveway to the back garage where the loft is located. There is a water hose provided to wash your boat and power to recharge your batteries. High-speed Wi-Fi with Ethernet cable for zoom meetings. You can also leave your boat at Moors boat parking area, they also have transient slips available for overnight mooring. Please no cleaning of fish or game here. The most affordable place closest to the lake you will find. There are two Kayaks for your use while you stay here that include two adult-size life jackets. 50 amp RV outdoor outlet for charging EV, bring an adapter $20 feet if staying less than 3 nights. Cheaper than a hotel, we are about 10 miles from I 69 & I 24 interstate Interchange. 3-night minimum on holiday weekends Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on a Monday Holiday. I have a one-time cleaning fee so if you stay multiple nights it will make your stay more affordable. The Loft is 1/2 mile from the water and a public boat ramp at Buckhorn Bay Park. We charge a small fee if you have over 2 guests and need linens for the couch bed to cover the additional washing of linens. No additional charge for children staying with parents. Please message me if you will need linens for the couch.
Guest access
Private access through the side door of the garage with a keypad lock. Private deck beside loft. Two-night minimum stay on weekends Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday, Three-night minimal stay on holiday weekends Friday-Sunday. We normally have the Loft available early for check-in, message me to confirm the time.
Other things to note
No smoking inside the loft, smoking is allowed outside only. No pets are allowed. If you smoke inside it will be noted on your review, not allowed to book again, and charge an additional cleaning fee of $300. When outside please be respectful of the neighbors. Please no in and out late hours so as not to disturb the neighbors. Any Suspected illegal activities will be reported to the local authorities and Airbnb. I maintain a close watch over the property.
COVID-19 cleaning and disinfecting protocols are followed to clean the Loft after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. All linens are laundered and sanitized after each guest. There is two sit-on-top fishing Kayaks available for free use during your stay. Use at your own risk. You will have to transport them to the water on your car with a car top carrier or in a truck provided by you. I do have a trailer hitch extension rack that you can use. Moore’s Resort has pontoon boats and jet skis available for rent. Some Cell phone service is spotty with certain carriers please review check-in instructions before arriving on the day of check-in, message me with any questions. When booking please list the number of guests staying 4 adults maximum. The person booking must be staying and is responsible for their guest.
