This stone house where my ancestors lived is located in the part of the city center. The house preserves the old Hvar spirit in fine pieces of furniture where you can get to know Hvar's past and present. It is only 2 minutes away from the nearest beach and the sea.
A large garden with indigenous plants in whose shade you can relax or drink wine on the terrace. A walk along the sea will take you to the oldest theater in Europe and the largest square surrounded by good restaurants.

The space
It consists of 2 bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, kitchen and living room with terrace.
Inside the garden is provided private parking for 2 cars.
The house itself has 100 m2 and is decorated in a vintage style so you can feel the atmosphere of ancient times, and yet contains everything a modern traveler needs (wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, digital TV … ).
