INTERIORS

Contemporary design throughout, with carefully selected furnishings and materials that reflect a modern aesthetic rather than a traditional approach. Large windows connect every room to the landscape outside, filling the villa with natural light. The atmosphere is refined but genuinely relaxed — closer to a well-designed private home than a typical holiday rental.

LIVING AREA

The open-plan living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Indoor and outdoor areas connect easily, designed for a slower rhythm and time together without compromise.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are separated by a sound-insulated wall, allowing each room to function as an independent suite. Ideal for families or two couples traveling together. The master bedroom offers sea views and pure cotton bed linen by Rivolta Carmignani, an Italian luxury textile house. The second bedroom has countryside views and flexible bedding. All rooms on a single level.

KITCHEN AND COMFORT

Fully equipped with induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and quality cookware. Air-conditioning in all rooms, mosquito screens on all windows, washer with complimentary detergent, Smart TV and Starlink Wi-Fi. Italian bed linen, bath towels and beach towels provided. Outdoor BBQ available.

DOG-FRIENDLY NOTE
Dogs of all sizes are welcome. The property is fenced to approximately 120 cm across around 5,000 sqm of private outdoor space. The villa is located in open countryside. Small gaps typical of rural areas may be present and wildlife or shepherd dogs may occasionally be nearby. Pets should be supervised outdoors and kept indoors when guests are away.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa and all outdoor areas. The house is a single-level, detached structure with no shared spaces. Located at the top of the hill, open views in every direction. Self check-in via lockbox. Private on-site parking for up to four vehicles.

A car is needed. The town of Orosei, where you’ll find grocery stores, shops and restaurants, is about an 8-minute drive away.

Italian law requires all vacation rentals to register guest details with local authorities. On arrival day please send for each guest: full name, date and place of birth, nationality, passport or ID number. A photo of the document is fine. Registration is mandatory to complete check-in.

TOURIST TAX
Required by the Municipality of Orosei from 1 April to 31 October. €1 per person per night. Children under 12 exempt. Please leave the exact amount in cash on the table before your departure.
