Located on a beautiful sandy beach Glyfada, the Olive Tree Beach House is a cozy one bedroom sea- front house of 40sq.m. Only a few steps needed to enter the crystal clear sea waters because it is on the front line of the complex .Being the first house of the whole resort it has the privilege of having a lovely garden surrounding it. Either you can enjoy a relaxing sun tanning on the front lawned garden or a nice meal under the olive three on the right paved side of the house .

The space
The Olive Tree House is a one bedroom house with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for one extra adult person. It's bathroom with a shower is totally renovated (2019).
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with access to the paved side of the house.
The house's garden, on the front side, which is approx 70 sq.m has a private outdoor shower. The paved area on the right side of the house is definitely the best resting spot under the olive tree .
All the windows of the house are double and with window nets .
Wifi and Cable tv are also available .

Guest access
Both , the entrance of the house and the path to the sea is a private area.
The private parking of the house is in the main parking area of Menigos Resort, approx 10 minutes walk close to the main entrance of the complex.
Nevertheless there is a public parking area just outside of the house .
