This unique property was previously an equestrian training facility. Living Quarters have been fully renovated with a farmhouse feel. Downstairs has a private bedroom with a queen bed and 40" Smart TV. There is another bedroom with a Daybed/trundle bed that sleeps 2 and a loveseat recliner sofa. This area has a 40" Smart TV. A full bath is downstairs for guests. Upstairs is large open entertaining with kitchen. There is sleeping area in an alcove with a queen bed and a full bathroom upstairs.

The space
The living area opens to a large covered porch overlooking a field with grazing Longhorns. Longhorns are in a fenced in area for guests to enjoy and view at a distance - stay back 10' from the fence. The porch is a perfect place for quiet morning coffee or Happy Hour refreshments. Grounds provide several entertaining areas to explore.

This location has another property - the Farmhouse - that sleeps 8. Both locations have their own firepit, charcoal grill and outdoor entertaining area. This lodging is conveniently located by the newest addition to this property - Circle C Barn Venue.

The location is 20 miles from Lake Somerville, 28 miles from Kyle Field at Texas A&M, 47 miles from Round Top, and easy access to numerous wineries in the area. Plenty of parking for your boat is available after a day of fishing or water sports at nearby lakes.
