Located in Bowery – historically the most unique streetscape of New York with over 400 years of history and culture – this place is right around the corner of Grand St subway. Super convenient as you can be anywhere in Manhattan in just a few minutes. Steps away from SoHo, NoHo and major subway lines (6,J,Z,N,Q,B,D). Its unbeatable location puts the best of downtown.

The space
Modern unit in an elevator building. This unit is illuminated by floor to ceiling industrial style windows, flooding the home with brilliant light with access to a small patio area in the lower floor. The room has a hot plate, mini fridge, microwave, closet, spacious bathroom, smart TV and heat/air conditioning.

- ID and email address must be sent after reservation is confirmed, if not received within 24 hours before arrival date we are not responsible if you are unable to check in.

Other things to note
- We offer a flat rate and do NOT include any additional fees such as security deposit and cleaning fees
- Guests must be 21 and over to book and submit a government issued ID before check-in instructions are sent
- Check in is 4pm/Checkout is 11am. We will gladly accommodate different arrival and departure times to the best of our availability
- Please note we do not provide cleaning services and refill toiletries. Guests are expected to supply their own needs
- Tenant is responsible for lock out if lost key or left it in the unit there is a fee of $150
