THE SPACE:
Things you’ll want to know about the Space:
It's a unique layout — 2 neat, cozy bedrooms, one bath, your own fully fenced garden, and a lovely patio — designed to accommodate a party of 1-4 guests. A perfect place for a small group —couple(s), friends, family, or associates.
The two Airbnb Bedrooms are located behind an entry gate and fully fenced yard, but they are private and separate from each other. They're connected through a lovely garden pathway that leads from the Main Studio/Bathroom to the Cottage and Patio, which includes outdoor table/seating.
Guests enjoy their coffee, glass of wine, breakfast treats, or take-out Pizza here. The Patio offers a peaceful setting for conversation, meditation, listening to the birds sing their hearts out, or gazing at the stars.
*From the cozy Cottage/Patio, it's only a 24-SECOND (less than 1/2 minute) walk through the fully fenced private garden pathway to the easily accessible, private Guest Bathroom, located inside, next to the Main Studio.
*There is no full kitchen but, each bedroom has a mini-fridge, electric hot water kettle, coffee/tea, bottled and electrolyte/alkaline water, healthy breakfast bars, and instant oatmeal.
Air Conditioner/Heater are installed in both Main Studio and Cottage bedrooms, including Hi-Speed WIFI, and Cable TV.
* We use earth-friendly soaps, shampoo, organic, light/non-fragrance cleaning products. Since some guests may be sensitive to heavy scents, we thank you for not using them in the space. And we also thank you for not smoking on the property.

The host/owners, Madeleine and Roy, live in the Main House on their own private side of the property, with their friendly little Bichon pup.
FYI: We live in the main house with the orange terra cotta front door, but usually come and go through an entry on the other side of the house/double driveway, in order to maintain everyone's privacy.
Host and guest dwellings are separate and sound proofed.
Your Entire Guest Space is private, with its own entry gate, garden, patio, and is enclosed within a fully fenced yard.

Regardless of the number of (up to 4) guests you may reserve for your stay, the Airbnb property is available to only one related group at a time. No other guests will be booked during your stay.
Guest access
Reserved for Guests: Park in the single brick driveway in front of the Carport. Easy, off-street parking is also available for additional cars in your group.
FYI: The double brick driveway is reserved for Madeleine and Roy, your Hosts.
After parking in your designated car space(s), ENTER through the Left Gate on the single brick driveway and walk along the vine covered pathway to the Tall Gate. Open and you've arrived. Welcome to your Be Happy hideaway.
The entrance to the Main Studio and Bathroom is three short steps up on your right, to a small deck and a Purple Door with a little heart on it.
Or, continue walking through your private Garden Pathway to the cozy Cottage and Patio under the redwoods.
Other things to note
Our friendly, fluffy little Poodle/Bichon pup, lives with us in the main house, separate from the studio and cottage.
On the other side of the main house is the RADIO MAGIC Voice Over and Music Studio, founded by your Super Host and Voice Over coach, Madeleine. Madeleine is the author of "How to Be a Voice Over Success!" For over 25 years, she has coached and trained professionals and scores of voice over students/talents.
Roy is a legendary musician drummer, and one of the founders of The Blues Project.
WHERE TO EXPLORE WINE COUNTRY
AND OUR BEAUTIFUL AREA
From here, we are minutes away from cafes, an ice cream shop, the Fruit Basket, a wine bar, popular late-night Mexican food trucks, and the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn, which has a Spa, restaurant, wine bar, and swimming pool.
As you get closer to your arrival, I'll send more recommendations for favorite local restaurants on the historic Sonoma Plaza, wineries, indoor/outdoor activities.
We're about a 2-mile drive away from Sonoma Plaza. Walking, Uber, or nearby buses are other options for getting there. There is parking on/around the Plaza.
