This 1914 Victorian on a very quiet and tree-lined street in Boulder's best historic neighborhood is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a private fenced yard, hardwood floors, a lovely and well-stocked kitchen, and an extensive art collection that will inspire you. This bright and airy space is the perfect getaway. It has all the amenities you need to make you feel at home and truly settle in. I am available to provide housekeeping and linen changes and give advice on what to do in Boulder.

I strive to make travel easier for families by providing a high chair and pack’n’play with a blackout tent for easier bedtime.

I allow pets, pending a conversation, and have a fully fenced in backyard. There is a nice little park just down the street for doggy constitutionals.

There is dedicated, free off-street parallel parking for one car in the alley next to the house. There is a three-hour parking limit during the daytime in front of the house.

An Emporia Level 2 charger is available for guest EV charging.

Other things to note
Dogs are allowed and medium kennel and bedding is available upon request. Guests are responsible for cleaning up waste in the garden and pets are prohibited from being left in the yard unsupervised.

This is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Inhalants must be used outside only and with an ash tray. Your $500 damage deposit will be forfeited if the house smells like smoke or vape.

I have been renting rooms in my house for almost 20 years and have been a Superhost on Airbnb since 2012. My house and lifestyle is the epitome of Boulder at its best: funky, colorful, artistic and a little bit weird. My rental is private and on a quiet street with very little traffic while being walking distance to pretty much all the fun things to do downtown. I am very nearby so I can pop over to lend a hand if you need anything. So if you want to get to know me and get advice on what to do and where to eat, I am here for you. If you want your privacy and space, you can have that too.
