We do have a Ring doorbell, which utilizes video monitoring to track excessive activity at the house. We have a strict No Parties and No Smoking policy. Please see "Other details to note" section for more information.

Bathroom features updated shower and floor tile, and new vanity. 2 comfortable living areas each have a brand new 55” 4K smart HDTV. Utilities, wireless internet and cable TV included. 2 bedrooms contain queen beds and 1 bedroom has a bunk bed and office area. All bedrooms contain room darkening curtains. Brand new dining table with pull out bench seats up to 6 with a view of the TV. Finished basement has new LVT flooring and includes a TV area, game area (arcade machines, foosball table, electronic dart board and mp3 player), fitness equipment (treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike, and home gym system), another dining table, half bath, and laundry room, which features brand new Kenmore washer and dryer and large utility sink. All new Anderson energy-efficient windows. Backyard patio and walkway. Patio features table and chairs. Large, fully fenced backyard provides secure playing and entertaining area (table and chairs are also located on the patio).

HOUSE RULES: We do have a Ring doorbell, which utilizes video monitoring to track excessive activity at the house. In addition, we have the following rules in place:
-Bookings without reviews will have to provide an ID via the Airbnb messaging system.
-NO gatherings or parties allowed. Zero tolerance for parties. You will immediately forfeit your stay without refund. Police will be called, and parties will be broken up. In addition, there’s a $400 fine if a party takes place.
-NO smoking of any kind is allowed. $200 fine plus cleaning fees if the smell of smoke is found.
-NO pets allowed. $200 fine plus cleaning fees for having pet(s) on the premises. If you do have a pet, please let us know so we can work something out.
-NO unregistered guests past the guest limit are allowed, unless we have specifically ok'd it prior. $200 fine for additional guests without prior notification. Please be HONEST about how many guests are staying.
-Quiet time is after 10PM. Please no loud noises after this time. $200 fine for being disruptive to any neighbors.
-We do understand things break or get damaged, so if something does break or get damaged, please just let us know right away and then we can quickly get any issues resolved.
