With us, it's easy to thrive! The house, which is modern and freshly decorated, is located in Lofsdalens village close to both the ski resort and the city center. Next to the plot is a ski slope and snowmobile trail, and with a large garden, wood-fired hot tub, private sledding hill and a brilliant view, this has become our paradise. Here you live in the middle of nature and close to both calm and action-filled experiences.

The space
The cottage is 85 m2 (as well as a basement) and is freshly and modernly decorated. There are two bedrooms, spacious kitchen/large living room with fireplace, a living room that also serves as an extra bedroom (sofa group incl. sofa bed with double bed) and bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, there is a heated guest house. In the basement, there is a sauna and an additional shower and toilet.
The house has all the amenities including sauna, fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, well-equipped kitchen, TV/DVD/stereo etc. Smoke and pet-free cottage. Large parking for several cars/snowmobile trailers on site.

Other things to note
During peak season, we apply the exchange day Saturday-Saturday. Other times of the year, flexible arrival day and flexible number of nights.
Feel free to use our wood-fired pool and for the wood used, we charge a fee of SEK 300/time.

Where you’ll be

Our cottage is located along Hovärksvägen which stretches from the village up the mountain Hovärken with fantastic ski slopes and lovely cross-country ski trails. The cabin overlooks the mountains in several places and large plot of land with sloping lawn that in winter works great as a pulka hill for the little ones. Here, you live near the village (750 m to ICA) and the ski lifts (about 1,5 km) with cross country ski tracks and snowmobile trail just around the corner - the best conditions for a lovely mountain holiday!
