Generous (750 square foot) apartment, elegantly remodeled. On a quiet street in DC's most walkable urban neighborhood; between Dupont Circle metro and bustling 14th Street. Contemporary furnishing and designer lighting combine with original Victorian elements to lend the space a warm modern feel. Runs on 100% renewable energy. Queen bed sleeps 2, day bed in lounge sleeps 1.

The space
Beds are one queen and one single (a day bed with a firm futon style mattress).

Kitchenette is equipped for preparing breakfasts and other light meals. The fridge has a small freezer inside for ice and ice-cream.

The apartment has an electric range and a microwave, no oven though, so don't plan to bake. Being away from home shouldn't mean you drink bad coffee! We provide a range of coffee making paraphernalia (moka pot, aeropress filter, French press) a grinder and fresh beans to get you started. There is also a toaster and pots and pans. Let us know if you have any special requests.

There is also a clothes washer & dryer, clothes iron, and a hair dryer.
