This comfy 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage was completely renovated in 2020. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths + living room, kitchen, and spacious back patio. Access to bunkhouse with bunkbeds + trundle + full bathroom is available for an additional $50 per night by messaging when you reserve.
4 block walk to DT Watkinsville. 6 mi. to Sanford Stadium: this is the perfect location for rest & relaxation.

There is lots of seating in the main living area as well as multiple hangout spaces outside. Nestled back in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of downtown Watkinsville, this is the perfect get away for a group of friends or a family. It is wonderful to stroll and get a cup of coffee or just enjoy the quiet neighborhood.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances and basic spices.Additional appliances there include crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, and blender.

Lives in Watkinsville, Georgia
I've lived in Watkinsville since I was five years old. My husband and I met here, and all of our children were born and raised here. We have always loved downtown Watkinsville and are so excited to share our relaxing cottage and wonderful town with you. We are big Georgia Bulldog fans and hope that if you are here for a game, you will say, "GO DAWGS" for us. We are probably tailgating from home with our kids and their friends and lots of homemade game day food! We hope that you take this time to relax and focus on what matters most to you. We love family vacations and hope that your stay here will bring you closer together with those you love and that you enjoy our town as much as we do.
