Welcome to Green Acres. A charming home circa 1890, offers travelers a cozy home. Enjoy the porch, outdoor garden area & Yurt tent will be installed May - Oct . Located close to attractions. 5 minute drive to Niagara Falls , Aquarium , Maid of the Mist & Cave of the winds. 1 block to Discover Niagara Shuttle a FREE amenity to explore the area. A 15 minute drive to Lewiston & Youngstown. Lovely river views along River Rd and sunsets over Lake Ontario. RV parking welcome. FREE parking.

The space
This house can be rented as FULL HOUSE , four (4) bedroom or as a two (2) bedroom.

Three (3 ) off street parking spaces for guests. Street parking one hour limit

The property is located in the Niagara Redevelopment Area. Please be aware our community is a work in progress.

Our house was built in 1890 , so please expect the nuances of a vintage property and diverse urban neighborhood under redevelopment.

There are 1.5 bathrooms. One (1) half bath on the first floor. Full bath is located on the second floor

Basement Laundry room access UPON REQUEST PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
The laundry area is in an unfinished basement. There are two flights of stairs to access this area. NO Children are allowed in the laundry area. The basement is only accessible for laundry use.

Please REMOVE shoes / footwear in the entry foyer area.

No parties or loud music allowed.

Enjoy the front porch , garden and side court yard areas , please be considerate of our neighbors.

Side yard string , front porch & landscape lights are on auto set - lights. To turn lights off , there are two switches in the entry foyer area

We have a large side lot / garden that can accommodate an event tent rental . Available upon request for an additional fee. Please inquire.

This is a vintage house built in 1890. Please understand the characteristics associated with older homes.

We are located in a Re - Development zone , please be aware of homes undergoing renovations and properties in need of repair.

Outdoor Yurt tent is available May - October. Special requests for the tent to be available during other time frames available for an additional fee of $70.00.

Our neighborhood is located 3 miles from majestic Niagara Falls. The area is located in the Niagara Redevelopment District. There is a FREE shuttle that picks up at the corner of Ferry & Third , one block from our house. Expect to see development and renovations of buildings in this area as well as run down properties. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful. Third Street is a business district so expect the nuances of this proximity.
