Welcome to Eileen, a newly renovated building in the heart of one of the most eclectic and happening neighborhoods in Richmond. Designed with top level finishes and most hotels can only dream of, this will be the best away from home experience you'll have in a long time! Tucked between Richmond International Airport and downtown, Eileen has all the comforts of home and is your jump off for urban exploration.

The space
This modern & charming one bedroom is on the second floor of a completely revitalized building (Eileen) dating back to the 1900's. The building's first floor features a yoga studio & a juice bar. Upon entering the building on the North 24th street entrance, you'll see right away that during renovation we spared no expense. Once inside the apartment, let the relaxation begin. The full size kitchen comes fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and an island with leathered granite countertops. The bathroom comes with a beautiful tiled shower and a modern vanity. The apartment also has a front-loading washer & dryer has several load settings for your convenience. Netflix is available on the TV, so you can sit back on the couch and chill as your day winds down.

We have stocked this apartment with everything you'll need, whether for a short weekend getaway or a month-long stay. From full size appliances to cookware and dinnerware, you can stay in and cook to your heart's content. You'll find a hairdryer, iron and full set of toiletries in the bathroom. Linens, towels are all provided as well. Just bring your suitcase and a sense of adventure, because there's a lot to discover in this neighborhood!

Guests access the apartment from a private, secure common entrance on 24th st via a keypad. Each apartment has it's own keypad access from the 2nd floor hall. You'll have the apartment to yourself. There is no other place in Richmond where you can walk out of your front door and be within walking distance to so many award-winning and nationally recognized eateries as well as 3 different public parks! We are less than 2 miles away from the Richmond Convention Center, or an 8-minute drive.

Within a 3-block radius, you have North End Juice, Metzger Bar & Butchery, Sub Rosa Bakery, Union Market, Alamo BBQ, Roosevelt Restaurant, Kahlo's Taqueria and Liberty Public House.

Let's just say these are the best, nicest accommodations you'll find in town, even if you compare us to top-tier hotels. All within walking distance to some of the best cafes, restaurants and parks Richmond has to offer!
