This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is perfect for 2 adults; but can accommodate additional guests for an additional $25 per person per night. The house has a fenced in yard and is located on 1 acre just a few minutes walk from the national forest. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the cozy enclosed porch. There is plenty of room for ATV parking, and you can go directly to many trails without having to tow or trailer!

The space
The house is 1700 square feet of coziness. A fully appointed kitchen and dining room make this a perfect home away from home. This quiet neighborhood is beautiful in any season. (Ok..mud season stinks, but....) Enjoy the sunset from the comfort of an enclosed porch and electric fireplace.

As my guest, you have access to the large enclosed porch, the fenced in back yard, and the main house.

Please note the owner/caretaker is sometimes on the property in a completely separate outbuilding, accessible by a private entrance. This is NOT a duplex.
