This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches.

We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

The space
The upstairs guests suite is accessed through the screened in porch that is off of the wrap around porch of the main house.

There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living space, and kitchen area. In the kitchen is an electric single burner as well as a Kalorik 26 Quart Digital MAXX Air Fryer Oven which combines 10 appliances into one. It functions as an air fryer, roaster, broiler, grill, rotisserie, dehydrator, oven, toaster, pizza oven, and warmer.

All of the upstairs is private. But we hope you'll feel comfortable making yourself at home in our outdoor living spaces as well. The screened in porch as well as the wrap around porch are complete with rocking chairs, a porch swing, two tables for dining or work.

Other things to note
We live on nearly 100 acres of family land with trails to walk and adventures to be had! We are also located in a farming community. Within just a few minutes of our farm is Carolina Pride Pastures (an alpaca farm), Lever Farms (a primarily strawberry farm but with a variety of produce and fall events on the weekends), and Enoree River Winery for your evening glass of wine!
