Charming Cape Cod cottage on semi-private road with and ocean view of Vineyard Sound. Renovations completed in mid-July, 2020. Three BR, 2 private attached baths, 1 semi-private bath, fully equipped kitchen, patio with BBQ grill, gas fireplace, cable-TV, WiFi internet, large second-floor deck, a/c.. Close to Vineyard Ferry, bus station and town. Seasonal rent. Please complete a reservation request to determine the rent in effect for your requested dates.

The space
Entire house, now sleeps 6.. View of Vineyard Sound. In the historic town of Woods Hole with 3 world class scientific institutions, restaurants, aquarium. Upright piano in living room.

Guest access
No access to the beach and the dock. No trespassing on other properties, which includes all of the roads on Juniper Point other than Juniper Point Road from the intersection with Crane Street to the cottage.

Driveway area has space for parking 2 cars.

NOTE: The driveway is also used as a pass-thru for the next door neighbor to access the back of their garage area.

Neighborhood highlights

Private road with very little traffic off season. No access to private beaches in the immediate area but public ones are within a mile. Bike path nearby (11 miles). Covid closures are affecting libraries, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended places to eat within a short walk: Pie in the Sky, Coffee Obsession; Water Street Kitchen, great restaurant; Shuckers, raw bar. Public Library nearby.
