Check-In Process

It is necessary that you send us a photo of the ID of all guests. We will provide this information to the lobby receptionist to assure a quick check-in process.

Check-in will be after 3:00 pm. You must arrive at the front of the building and touch the inter-communicator, and inform the receptionist your name and that you are going to room No. 1404.

Upon arrival the receptionist will take your data, verify your identity and reservation and then give you the room key along with a white card, which is necessary to use the elevators and will serve you as your 24h building entrance key.

If you lose the key o white card, please contact us immediately for a replacement but be aware that it would be a $100 replacement charge, and the replacement of the white card could take up to 24 hours.

If for any reason you can't used the parking elevators, you can use the stairways to get to floor No. 1 and access to elevator there.

Check-out Process

Check-out is at 10:00 am.
You must check that you do not forget anything in the room, when you go down you must give the keys and the white card to the receptionist and indicate you are exiting room No. 1404 and finishing your stay with us.

If you need to store your luggage either, before entering or leaving the room you can request it with the person in the lobby, they will be happy to help.

Internet high speed and streaming tv can be personalized during your stay.

You can confidently leave your luggage in the lobby, before or after entering the apartment.
