PRIVATE ENTRANCE FROM HOUSE. Cozy room in HISTORIC home w/private bath. NO handicap access. Queen bed, shower, fridge, WiFi, DVD player (no cable). Price includes cleaning fee and Room Service of coffee/tea & light bite delivered to your doorstep each morning. Outdoor sitting area for sunset evenings, large yard with patio, horseshoes, gazebo. No kids, no pets, just a peaceful, relaxed stay. Located right on the wine trail, walking distance from Wagner winery/brewery. No entry to main house.

The space
Adults only. No pets. No candles/open flame in room. While the backyard Blue Stone patio is available to all guests, due to local fire ordinances and other mitigating factors (hay bailing, drought, town ordinances, etc.) the fire pit is not to be used without permission, supervision, and safety instructions. As hosts, we must consider the safety of all patrons as well as our environment.

Three state parks in the immediate area for hiking, kayaking, swimming, picnics, and more.
