This home near the ocean is a short walk to beach, mini golf, amusement park, surfing and live music.The home is in a quiet neighborhood. You have your our own 2-3 car driveway. A grill and patio set and included. Surf, swim, play a round of golf, eat seafood, listen to live music, or just relax.

The space
The seaside home has two levels. The main floor is wide open. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms. One with King bed and another with Queen and twin. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear and has a large granite bar to prepare foods and enjoy entertaining while cooking.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located 0.2 mile (3 min. walk) from the beach in a less busy neighborhood on the end closest to Ocean Park. There is a volleyball net located on the beach right near us. We are also near a great convenience store that serves a cook to order breakfast on your way to the beach.

I enjoy the beaches, history, shops, fabulous restaurants (especially in Portland), amusement parks, lakes, mountains, etc. I thrive on helping others create similar memories.
