The Woodland Cottage is a modern, family-friendly vacation rental in the platinum club community of Lake Naomi, in the Poconos Mountains. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage features a comfortable living area stocked with games, puzzles and books for kids of all ages. Relax in the wooded yard with deck, grill, and fire pit. Enjoy the comfort of new HVAC system, with individual units in living area & each bedroom. Bathroom linens and bedding provided.

-Queen bedroom on 1st floor
-Queen bedroom on 2nd floor (with office space)
-Bunk bedroom on 2nd floor (full bed over full bed, with twin trundle)
-Linens, pillows, blankets provided
-Each bedroom includes: sound machine, dimmable lamps, room darkening shades, HVAC unit with remote for heating/cooling

Bathrooms:
-Full bathroom on 1st floor (stand-in shower)
-Full bathroom on 2nd floor (tub/shower combo)
-Linens provided, toiletries provided in showers

Living Area:
-Dining area with large table and 6 chairs
-Conversation area with coffee table and 4 comfortable chairs
-Couch/play area with cabinets stocked with games, puzzles, books, toys

Kitchen:
-New appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, freezer)
-Coffee station (coffee grounds, sweeteners)
-Fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans/utensils for cooking
-Includes olive oil, salt, pepper for cooking

-Located in hallway on 1st floor (detergent not provided)

Yard/Deck:
-Deck includes seasonal outdoor furniture, available May-October
-Outdoor furniture includes seating area, dining table, and grill for outdoor cooking
-Fire pit is available in backyard

Guest access
Guests have access to entire home.

Guests do not have access to detached storage shed.

Check-IN time is 3pm and Check-OUT time is 11am. We would love to accommodate everyone's travel plans, so please contact us if you need an earlier check-in time or later check-out time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Guest Access: Each guest is provided with a touchpad code for keyless entry before their stay, and the code is reset for each rental.

Lake Naomi Club Amenities: If you are interested in using the beach, lake, trails or club facilities (lap pool, splash pad, fitness center, golf course, tennis courts, etc) you need to purchase a Temporary Membership. Lake Naomi Club is currently only issuing Weekly Temporary Memberships, available Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire about availability and application process.
