This 1970s traditional Bajan home is modest, quaint and the perfect family home away from home.

The space
Named for Grandma Lucille, who raised 3 generations of her family on this spot, this gated Villa sits on approximately a quarter acre of waterfront cliff. Three multi-level ocean view terraces provide broad uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea and are perfect for lounging and grilling. Being a family home, the Villa boasts three spacious bedrooms with oceanview windows in all bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, spacious ocean-facing livingroom and an onsite washer/dryer in a safe, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. There is even parking for 2 cars!

Quiet, residential area well suited for family vacations. Property has gated parking available for two vehicles. A few meters from the beach. Walking distance to Moontown and Fish Pot. Our family and extended family have called this tight-knit community home for 5 generations and we welcome you to join us.

Lucille Villa stands on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea in quiet, residential Half Moon Fort. Tucked away on the North West coast of Barbados, the Villa is located between the quiet but vibrant fishing villages of Six Men's and MoonTown. Nearby Fish Pot, Nikki Beach, Port Ferdinand and Speightstown are just some of the easily accessible entertainment venues.
