Just three blocks from Lockhart Square, your beautiful Carriage House sits among massive oak trees in a 1 acre lot. Relax in the spacious Carriage House or take a short stroll into town to enjoy a creamy cappuccino at the Chaparral Coffee Shop, have a chat with local artist Christopher St. Leger at the Commerce Gallery, or feast on a huge beef rib at one of Texas' 4 outstanding and historic BBQ joints. Come be a part of what everyone is talking about, and stay in the comfort you deserve.

The space
Relax in the open and comfortable, converted Carriage House. The ship lap walls and high ceilings open to beautifully exposed architectural beams. Listen to your music in the Carriage House with Sonos or Bose Speakers while cooking in our gourmet kitchen. Or sit on the back deck and soak up the multiple songs of the various cardinals, wrens, starlings, dove, and jays. Fix yourselves a cool cocktail and relax under the majestic and massive oak trees believed to be well-over 300 years old. And when the day is done, retire to your king-sized bed and Royalpedic Organic mattress for a restful night sleep. We didn't skimp on comfort.
