The space
Has 3 floors, 1700 sqft, and ONLY 1 house back from the beach. It also has a large rooftop deck with a ground floor patio, 2nd floor balcony, 3rd floor balcony, and views to the beach and the bay.

Ground floor bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and it's own tv.

2nd floor has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a large balcony that has views of the ocean. There are also views when sitting on the living room sofa. On this floor there is a full bath with shower.

On the 3rd floor there are 3 bedrooms. The Bedroom 2 is the bunk bedroom for 4. There are 2 sets of bunk beds and a private tv. This bedroom shares a bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed and private tv.

Bedroom 4 is the master bedroom and it has a queen bed and a private tv and private bathroom. You need to walk through the master bedroom to go up to the rooftop deck.

The rooftop deck was remodeled in 2017 with a built in fire pit, mini fridge, and bar sitting with Ocean and Bay views. You can see all the fireworks in the summer on the rooftop deck.

**Guests receive FREE unlimited fun gear from several local friendly rental shops. This includes bikes, surfboards, paddle boards and much more. This is an amazing complimentary benefit during your stay. Just pick up your gear and hit the beach for endless fun on the boardwalk and waves.

2 car garage with only 65" clearance and 1 covered parking spot. Our Honda Odyssey and Toyota Tacoma do not fit in the garage because of the 65" clearance. They both fit in the 1 covered parking spot. Total of 3 parking spots.

-We manage other properties in the Mission Beach area so you would check in at our office. -You would also interact with different staff members in our office.

Neighborhood highlights

I love that Mission Beach is a 3.5 mile peninsula where everything is 1 block to the beach or bay. Everything you need is on the peninsular. You can walk over to the beach and surf, swim, and enjoy the beach and then you can walk over to the bay and do all the bay water sports such as paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing, and other boating activities.

I now run a vacation rental company in Mission Beach, Big Bear, and Mexico and manage 80 vacation rentals in the area.
