This home is located within a secure, gated resort community with 24/7 on-site security, offering added peace of mind throughout your stay.
🚗 Arrival & Vehicle Registration
To ensure smooth access into the resort:
• All drivers must be pre-registered prior to arrival
• Each driver is required to provide a valid driver’s license as part of the pre-registration process
• Each vehicle must be registered separately and will receive its own gate pass
Gate staff will verify registration and ID upon arrival.

Optional Pool Heating
• Available for $20 per day
• Pool heats up to 86°F
• Heating hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Water temperature may take several hours to reach full warmth depending on outdoor conditions
• Pool heating performance cannot be guaranteed when outdoor temperatures fall below 55°F
Pool Safety
In compliance with Florida law, all pool access doors are equipped with a state-mandated safety alarm.
To access the pool area, press the wall-mounted button to temporarily pause the alarm for 20 seconds.
This system is hardwired and cannot be disabled.
✨ Routine Community Services
To maintain the resort’s high standards, routine community services may take place during your stay, including:
• Lawn and landscape maintenance
• Pool servicing and safety checks
• Preventative pest control
• Trash collection
These services may involve brief noise or equipment use. On rare occasions, pool access may be paused temporarily (typically under 60 minutes) for safety during servicing.
These standard services are part of normal resort operations and are not grounds for refunds.
