RENT MULEGE is a new three home property located in Bahia Concepción, Mulegé. The homes were all built to fully encompass the world-class panoramic views of the bay, desert and mountains.
Our private and luxurious homes on the hillside overlook the bay, allowing you to escape the crowds and weather of the beach to relax in comfort watching boaters, dolphins and the occasional turtle playing in the sea. Every house has its own private rooftop balcony for guests to take in the incredible views.

Our unique property provides a level of privacy and relaxation that is hard to find in a big resort or hotel environment. Private balconies, Adirondack chairs, sea breezes, and birdsong will all contribute to your relaxation and ability to unwind at RENT MULEGE.
For those looking to get some work done (or binge watch Netflix,) while you are here, we have the new and incredibly fast STARLINK Satellite internet with WIFI that completely covers the property, as well as a 50 inch Smart TV in every house, so you can stay connected!
At the end of a fun filled day of beachcombing, boating, touring, hiking, fishing, snorkeling, or just lounging around, our guests look forward to a good night's rest on our highly praised, KING size Novaform® 14" foam mattresses, matching 680 thread count COTTON sheets, and Beautyrest® pillows. All bedding, towels and most supplies on the property are purchased from Costco.
Guest access
Guests at RENT MULEGE have access to the entire house, their private staircase to their rooftop balcony, a communal courtyard area with Charcoal Grill/BBQ, & designated guest parking lot. Directly across the street is a hiking and mountain bike trail that leads down the hill in both directions, to Playa Santispac as well as to Posada Concepcion.
Guests also are welcome to take any beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys or fire pits with them, just please let us know what you need and we will put it out for you. *DO NOT BURN FIRES ON THE PROPERTY*
We have a handful of paddleboards guests are free to use on a first come first serve basis, so please reach out to the host if you are interested! If you would like to arrange rentals of other water toys/kayaks, we can help coordinate that as well.
***Water access by foot is down a very steep private staircase. Driving to the beach is usually recommended***
Other things to note
RENT MULEGE is a unique operation! We are a completely off grid vacation rental property located in one of the least populated areas of North America, and we are open all year! Within three miles we have more than five active beach restaurants/bars/cafes, all located on or next to some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Mexico.
That being said, where we are there is not one stoplight for more than 50 miles in any direction, not a fast food chain for hundreds of miles, and the sea provides most of the local fare at the restaurants. Some call it paradise!
All of the water at RENT MULEGE is trucked from the aquifer fed wells in Mulegé, we utilize a large septic system, and solar energy is used for everything on the property except the air conditioning. So please leave your deep fryer at home!
Adam, the host and owner of the property, lives on-site. He is available to provide information or assistance of any kind, to answer questions when you have them, and to ensure that you thoroughly enjoy your accommodations.
