Situated in the heart of Como city just accross the central train station, opposite the city centre and lakeside ferry service offers a strategic base from which to enjoy the lakeside, city highlights and amenities.

The space
This apartment offers guests an ideal and very beautiful base from which to explore the magical Lake Como from! Centrally located in the cosmopolitan hub of Como city, 200 meters from Central Train Station, lakeside promenade Ferry port, and City Centre of Como.
The open space studio flat with mezzanine sleeping area has been newly refurbished offering a comfortable open plan living area with TV, dining area and newly fitted kitchenette in one corner.
In the living room, the sofa can easily turn into a double size italian made bed.
Going up to the mezzanine from the ladder offers you a comfortable double size "memory type latex foam" giving the guests a very nice rest after a long day in the lake.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with induction type cooker hob, microwave, electric kettle and filter type coffee machine giving guests all the amenities for a self-catering holiday.
There is also a washing machine available for guests use.
Bathroom is finished with style using hand waved stucco veneziano on it's walls and mosaic tiles on the floor. It has a shower, WC, and wash basin.
From the property guests are in the heart of Como city, with its vibrant bars, cafe-lined piazzas and bustling shopping districts within easy walking distance. The beautiful lake front offers parks and idyllic walks past many fine houses including the cultural treasure trove of Villa Olmo, which is open to the public. The beach lido in Villa Olmo is just less than 10 minutes walk. Alongside its many museums, galleries and cultural attractions, guests can also take the funicular to Brunate, for some truly breathtaking panoramic lake views! The ferry stop situated just 5 minutes walk provides a frequent fast and slow scenic ferry service to the central lake; allowing a lovely way to explore the beauty and famous villa attractions of Lake Como.

The lake capital is extremely well serviced, with a regular bus service, easy access to motorway links and a train service to Milan and Malpensa airport which runs every 30 minutes. The city is within easy driving distance of Lugano (37 minutes) and Milan (51 minutes), as well as the delights of the central lake (30 minutes).

Hi, It's Bryan here and I migrated together with my wife here in the magical place of Lake Como in italy. We are living here for 8 years now with our two girls and we really love it here. I work in a real estate company in the central lake, so wherever places to visit in the lake... just ask me and I will lead you the way. On my free time I usually run jog around the main lakeside promenade running from Villa Olmo through the seaplane port, Volta Museum, Como Cathedral and up to the other side of Villa Geno to the Funicular... and you can imagine "i never get tired off!"... Pizza and Pasta naturally just digested into my system because also anywhere you eat here in italy is just real genuine food!!! You will really enjoy the dishes!!! I will be happy to welcome you!!!
