FAQ
To answer all guests Frequently Asked Questions and facilitate an easier decision to book with us, we have included the following information for your confidence in choosing us for your stay in Saint Paul.
1. Is the home available on my requested dates? Yes. Our calendars are updated in real time. So, if Airbnb shows the dates are available, they are indeed available for instant booking.
2. Is this an entire home? Yes and no. This is a duplex and this is the upper level apartment with it's own private entry and is fully private from the other unit. We have long term renters who live in the lower/main level of the home and stay very much to themselves.
3. Can you describe the space and its function? Positioned on a corner lot right on the the Grand Avenue. We own the business across the street and allow our guests to park off street on the parking pad for no charge during the winter months of November - March. Otherwise, on street parking is not an issue right in front or on the side of the home. The entry to this apartment is towards the back of the home. You will walk down the sidewalk on the southern side of the home along the house and up the covered staircase to the private entry to this apartment. As you enter you walk directly into an entry connected to the kitchen. There is a fully loaded kitchen with a breakfast table/chairs, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, regular coffee pot with coffee, tea kettle, Tupperware, pots/pans, dishes, silverware and all the essential kitchen items you will need for cooking and eating. Walking down the hallway from the kitchen you will find a full bathroom with tub and shower, private bedroom with a quality queen bed mattress, desk space and a great closet with wood hangers, iron and ironing board. The hallway continues into the living room which has a full couch with chase lounger, an Ames lounger with footstool, and 54" flat screen TV with Roku for all your streaming needs. There is also a digital antenna for local channels including ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX. The front of the apartment faces West and there are plenty of windows. This allows great natural light into the space making it bright and cheerful.

This charge will need to be added to your billing and you must notify us immediately in your initial response that you have a dog, including what kind and how much it weighs. We will then apply the pet fee for you to accept payment on and it will be added to your overall Airbnb total. Our pet policy is that we will allow 1 dog under 3000 pounds :) However, use of the back yard is reserved for our long-term tenant only. If you bring a dog, you must walk them out to the boulevard to do its business. We also expect that your dog’s “business” is picked up and properly disposed of in the outside can behind the garage. Dogs are not to be allowed in the backyard or on the furniture, beds or use blankets or pillows. We ask that you bring a lint roller and lint roll all furnishings etc. and sweep the floors for any dog hair upon your day of departure. Our cleaner will always do a very thorough cleaning after each guest who has a pet but we ask that all guests with pets pitch in on this prior to their leave.

You may have 1-2 more guests if they don't mind sleeping on the couch or quality queen size air mattress that would need to be set up in the living room space. The couch is wide and very comfortable. There is a small extra charge for more than 2 guests. See the fee section for this information. If you have a additional guests and they would rather sleep on an air mattress instead of the couch please let us know and we will provide a quality air mattress that you can set up in the living room.

Hello, My partner and I are both In Sales and have been life partners for 20 years. We have NO children and enjoy spending their college fund on our travel. :) My partner is a marathon runner and I enjoy supporting his bad habid with from the sidelines with a beer in hand. We live a relatively healthy lifestyle, work hard and play just as hard, love to travel A LOT. We are clean, respectful and love to laugh and have a good time. Oh and cocktails are very important! Cheers! Ciao! Halaluya!
