Villa Mar has unique architectural blend with exquisitely appointed interior, in post-modern minimalist style. New deck in the back yard. Luxury appoited interior. Full kitchen, with Nespresso machine.

Fully equipped kitchen with luxury built-in appliances, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, wafle maker and many more.

Living room with coffee table, comfortable sofa and chairs. Large SmartTV and Sonos One WiFi Sound system, 3 AC splits. Back yard Deck with table and chairs. Sunbeds in front of the pool.

Spacious outdoor space with flower garden and natural grass. Outdoor Pool with self cleaning system. Sun shade over the patio pool and comfortable sunbeds.

Located on the first floor the master bathroom offers walk-in shower in glass enclosure, and bedroom with King size bed, which have access via large sliding door to the back yard deck and natural grass.

Second bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor, accessible via traditional Greek white winding ladder. The upstairs bedroom has KingSize bed, AC, SmartTV, and oversize openable window (for fresh sea breezes) overlooking the living room and the pool.

Nikiti Beach is located 100 kilometers south-east of Thessaloniki on the Halkidiki peninsula in northern Greece. Its long sandy beach has gotten some attention with a trendy new promenade. The lengthy promenade is now the focus of activities in Nikiti, as it’s lined with endless restaurants, cafes and small luxury apartments.

Most restaurants and beach bars have a beachfront patio on the promenade where you can enjoy meals and drinks and all with a spectacular view of the brilliant aquamarine water. Towards the marina at the northern end of the promenade you can find more seafood restaurants and pizzerias.
