Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment, including all living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom.

The unit is located on the second floor, and access is provided via a private entrance with a secure keypad for easy and convenient self check-in.

Parking: We have an agreement with a nearby private parking lot located next to the property. Parking is available for $35 per day. More details on how to access and reserve the parking will be provided after booking.

No smoking anywhere on the premises ($250 fine)
Pets are not allowed. A $250 fee will be charged for unauthorized pets.

The highlights about this neighborhood is for sure the Tennis Hall of Fame and The Mansions on Bellevue Ave. Historic and beautiful places to visit!
I would add Cliff Walk and the restaurants downtown with harbor view.
