The Tuscany Loft is a newly renovated room in the Vive House Inn. It is located on the upper floor of a Colonial Plantation Managers House built in 1897! The space is very quiet and peaceful. The common areas include a dinning room with toaster, microwave, hot plate, and coffee maker. Lounging areas on the wrap around deck as well as shared living room are available to our guests for their comfort.

Guests are welcome to use the living room, the dining area and the front patio. There is a space marked employees only and guests are NOT permitted in this area.

Things to note: NO Smoking in the room, the house, or the front porch. Please go to the mailbox area on the sidewalk if you must smoke.
Trash! If you have excess trash and would like to dispose of it, the blue trash cans outside are available, BUT any trash that is placed in the blue trash bins, MUST be in a trash bag! Our trash service WILL NOT pick up our trash if there are loose trash items. They will only take it if its in a bag. So please help us by using a trash bag. If you need more, just ask us by messaging through the AirBnB app. Thank you ~
