Enjoy the South Georgia pines and magnolias in this well-stocked, comfortable, & family-friendly carriage house. Just minutes from Thomasville's historic downtown district, this apartment features an open floor plan, nine acres of wooded trails, ample yard space, and gated entry.

The space
Publix instacart is available for delivery and we're happy to meet your shopper to have the kitchen stocked with your personal favorites. DoorDash and GrubHub also deliver if cooking isn't your jam, but the real gems are just a few minutes away in historic downtown Thomasville. Well-known as a foodie town, the Taste of Thomasville is a tour you wont want to miss.

On our property, we have 7 acres of trails that all wind around themselves. We invite you to enjoy the trails, but keep in mind...there may be wildlife!

We have 3 pickleball courts on our property close to the carriage house. These courts are quite active, so you may see vehicles driving past the carriage house to park behind the courts. Please park close to the door or alongside the carriage house to allow for traffic. Ball curtains keep the noise to a minimum. If you're into pickleball, come over and say hi!

Guest access
Play in the yard or on the trails, but remember the dogs and cats are in the yard. The entire carriage house apartment is yours to enjoy and we love to share our beautiful 7 acres of wooded trails.

Please note that the pickleball courts and pool are currently off-limits to guests. The courts are quite active, so there may be other vehicles coming and going during the day and in the evening. Please park close to the carriage house door or along the side of the carriage house.

The trails in the woods are maintained in the spring and summer. In the fall and winter, you can stroll at your leisure all through the acreage. The woods and trails are lovely any time of the year and your doggos are sure to love them, too! They’re deep enough to let your dog run off-leash (at your comfort) but not so deep that you’ll get lost. The paths are very clear and start behind the tennis court last the stack of bricks. Please always keep your eyes open for wildlife.

There is a maker space below the carriage house, so you will likely hear Jason moving around, working on projects.

Other things to note
Trail access is just beyond the carriage house past the bricks. Guests are welcome to use the trails at their own risk. Covered storage for bicycles is available upon request.

Kids are welcome to ride their bicycles around the main house driveway circle. Our own kids love to make new friends, so if your kids are traveling with you, we're happy to make your acquaintance!

If you're traveling with more than 4 guests, there is a twin-sized inflatable bed (on a platform, not on the floor) that is easy to set up yourself. All bedding is clean and easy to locate should you wish to set this bed up (it’s super easy!). A travel-sized pack-n-play & bassinet (with an optional mattress if your little one doesn't like the hard bottom), baby bath, high-chair, disposable diaper pail, toys, books & more are there for the littles in addition to the crib & rockers. I am a nut for cleanliness, so rest assured, all baby & kid items are always very, very clean and in good condition.

If you would like to ship anything here to be ready or waiting upon your arrival, the dedicated address will be available after you book. Just let us know to expect it and we'll have it in the carriage house for you.

As noted in other sections, there is a maker space below the carriage house, so we will be in and out but of course, we are very respectful of your space and regular quiet hours.

Also noted in other spots, the pickleball courts can get quite active, especially in the evenings. Ball curtains help keep the noise to a minimum, but you will have vehicles driving past yours to get in and out of the parking space behind the courts. Please park close to the carriage house door or alongside the carriage house.
