Some info has been automatically translated.
The apartment of 200 square meters is part of a farmhouse of the 1600, it easily accommodates 6 people, it has 3 large bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen with fireplace, two bathrooms and a breathtaking view, overlooking the Tuscan countryside up to Montalcino .

The space
The house is very large, it is suitable for a large family or for three couples who need their privacy. It is on the first floor of a large farmhouse.
The apartment was renovated in the style of nineteenth-century Sienese countryside villas, with walls and ceilings hand-painted, carpets and antiques furniture, it will make you spend a truly fabulous holiday.
You get access to the apartment by a large travertine staircase, which overlooks the front garden, on the balcony there is a small breakfast table, from here you enter the kitchen, where you will find: oven, refrigerator, hob, dishwasher , washing machine, a fireplace, table and chairs, a sideboard with dishes and glasses, also: cookware, cutlery, coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, toaster, tablecloth and tea towels.
The living room has a sofa with two armchairs, a table where to eat, a balcony, where you can hang out the laundry, which overlooks the hills below.
The bedrooms are spacious, two of them are double and one has two single beds. In each one there is a wardrobe with pillows and blankets.
There are two bathrooms: the biggest has a bathtub and the other one a shower.
In the house there is also an ironing board with iron.

Guest access
Front of the house, surrounded by vast green spaces, there is a large garden full of trees, flowers and a beautiful rose garden. The space is equipped with a hammock, tables, chairs and barbecue.
Behind the farm there is a lovely swimming pool, shared with any guests of the other apartments. Here you can find refreshment during the hot summer days, lie down in the shade or in the sun, enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, savoring the sweet figs of plants that surround it.
Those who love the country life can relax walking along the streets of our farm, go into the forest and discover the various paths that start right from our farm.
There is also a lake where to fish, and in the evening, on the porch of our cellar, you can enjoy some good red wine accompanied by cheese and Tuscan salami.
Guests can pick seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables.
In late October those who want can participate in the grape harvest, which ends with a rich lunch of Tuscany and Puglia specialties.
The farm is divided into two neighboring properties, each with independent spaces. Guests can only use the swimming pool on our property (ie the one shown in the photo: the other one is my aunt's!).
The property has several apartments, each one with private entrance and garden, where the privacy of every guest is guaranteed.

Other things to note
To stay with us, it is essential to have a car, as the nearest village, Murlo, is 4 km from the farm.
Our farm, 120 hectares, grows biological products.
The pool is shared with the guests of our apartments.
For those who want to go cycling, we have 2 mountain bikes.
For cooking enthusiasts, my brother Emanuel (excellent cook), organizes courses of Italian cuisine. Together with the guests he picks the seasonal vegetables from the garden, the aromatic plants, and transforms them into tasty dishes. Emanuel also offers courses to teach how to bake the real Italian pizza, which will be cooked in a wood oven in the garden.
For those who do not want to cook, you can take advantage of the Emanuel's menus organized by reservation. You can request breakfast, lunch, snack, aperitif and dinner.
Every Sunday and Monday, by appointment, Emanuel organizes tastings of our wines, combined with the organic products of the company and other local foods, all at km 0.
For those wishing to get closer to nature and to undertake spiritually guided healing paths, we organize courses and experiences of shamanic journeys and past life regression therapy, in English, taught by psychotherapist Letizia Girolami.
During the cold months will be applied extra for the use of heating, the cost will be based on consumption, same thing in summer for the air conditioning.

Neighborhood highlights

Our farm is located halfway between Murlo and Buonconvento, two small medieval villages remained virtually intact over the centuries. We are in the middle of Tuscany, and this is an advantage to be able to visit the region. Who will spend the holidays with us will have the opportunity to discover pristine places and lands, rural small towns and breathe a pleasant relaxed atmosphere with the locals who enjoy having a chat in front of the bar and enjoy the Tuscan country cuisine.

Where I went to school: Università degli Studi di Siena

My grandparents moved from Puglia to Tuscany in 1965 buying the farm that is now used as a farm. From a young age with my parents, every weekend, we went to the countryside to visit them, and there with them I explored a world made of many varieties of wild and aromatic herbs that my grandmother turned into delicious soups. During the autumn the mushrooms from the woods filled the panieri and in spring I could taste mulberry and strawberries. Even today, I live in Rome, I love returning to Tuscany, where with my father my mother and brother, we continue these activities together with the guests who come to visit us. Now that I live in town, I'm nostalgic for the simple, genuine flavors of my land. I love cinema, literature, and learning about new places and people. I'm with my brother Emanuel in the photo.
