The space
The main house is 1,800 square feet with​ 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both have showers), stocked kitchen, wood burning stove, central AC/heat, laundry room, and hot tub. Please note that hot tub hours are 7am - 10pm to comply with county noise ordinances.

Strictly no smoking, no pets, no drug use, no parties/events, and no RVs. Pack n' play and high chair available upon request.

The detached shop out back is not for guest use. You may see owner’s vehicle on premises.

The property is two acres and has horses that pasture on half the land.

The main house, parking for 4 cars, hot tub, and the yard are available for guest use. The detached shop building is NOT for guest use.

There are 2 showers + 1 bathtub in the house.

Smith Rock is literally your back yard. Terrebonne is a 5-10 minute drive for any supplies (groceries, climbing supplies, gas, restaurants) you might need. Drive 15 minutes to Redmond for even more selection (Walmart, Home Depot, more restaurants) or 30 minutes to Bend.
