Only three blocks away from the C subway train. It will take 15min to downtown Brooklyn, 20min to the World Trade Center, 33min to Times Square, and 36min to Central Park.

The neighborhood has some fantastic bars and artsy cafes. The Children's Museum is just around the corner, and Prospect Park is close.

Parties, gatherings, and outsiders are strictly forbidden.

The space
This is a huge room with two queen beds, a private bathroom with heated floor, and access to a beautiful backyard.

Other things to note
We have two children who wake up early and can potentially make noise playing and running. If you are sensitive to noise, this place is NOT for you. They go to bed early, though!
