Four bedrooms and ocean views from the main living space, a full kitchen, and a concierge who handles everything: drivers, tours, private chef, spa. Liberia Airport to the pool: under an hour. The best restaurants are a short walk away. The hardest part of this trip will be leaving.

The space
This spectacular home features a well-equipped kitchen with a large island that seats four, ideal for preparing family meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is an eight-seat dining table, which flows seamlessly into the spacious living area, complete with a sectional couch and a large-screen TV. Sliding glass doors completely open to reveal breathtaking views of the ocean, pool, and the outdoor dining and seating areas.

The first-floor bedroom features two bunk beds, each with a queen bed on the bottom and a single on top. Adjacent to this bedroom is a full-sized bathroom located in the hallway.

On the second floor, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and two twin beds, complete with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms, both equipped with king beds, sharing a bathroom in the hallway.

This vibrant, oceanside community has popular nightlife and restaurants, all within walking distance of the property. And, a short walk away is the Costa Rican Sailing Center, where you can kayak, sail, and enjoy beachfront dining and bonfires all night long.
