The space
Set on a quiet hillside in Old Road, this gated villa gives families and groups more room and privacy than hotel rooms. Whole-home air conditioning keeps every space cool — bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas. From the verandas, enjoy panoramic views across the southern horizon toward Guadeloupe, Montserrat, and Redonda. Shoot hoops on the half-court, relax on the patio, or work from the private office in the primary suite. Separate bedrooms let everyone keep their own pace.

Guests reserve the entire villa — indoor living areas, two covered verandas, patio, gated driveway, half-court, and parking for two. Keyless entry at the gate and front door means no key exchange. The full kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, and silverware; an LG washer/dryer and laundry supplies are provided. Please note: no in-stay housekeeping is included — the cleaning fee covers preparation before your arrival. Optional chef-prepared local dishes available for an added cost.

Other things to note
Sleeps up to 12 across three bedrooms plus extra sleeping spaces (a sofa bed, office futon, and chaise). The villa has two levels — the primary suite and office are upstairs. Morris Beach is a calm, family-friendly beach about a 15-min walk via a community trail, though most guests reach it by car. A rental car is strongly recommended (guests arrange their own). Pets and smoking are not permitted. *** Taxes, fees, and the Antigua & Barbuda guest levy are collected per local policy. ***

Welcome to The Pearl. On behalf of my wife Denise and I, I am happy that you have chosen to stay at this newly built oasis. I am Donnell Josiah, a native of Antigua and a proud son of the village of Old Road. As a Josiah, I grew up around the hospitality industry—an industry in which my mother and father worked together for over 80 combined years. The Pearl was built in tribute to their tireless service of excellence, and their love for people. While I have traveled extensively, I have always viewed myself as ‘the little boy’ from Old Road, who with big dreams chased his destiny with purpose. Today, I am delighted to welcome people from around the world to not only enjoy my homeland, but the very village I call home.
