The space
The entire house, front and back yards are yours to enjoy while at Paradise Manor. We offer three separate bedrooms, each with their own closet, chest of drawers and ceiling fan. The master has a comfy king sized bed with a half bathroom adjoining through a pocket door.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has two twins, each on the floor.
The kitchen, dining area and living room all flow naturally with each other. Beautiful quartz countertops spread everywhere for lots of room to cook, sip or play. The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with most all cooking tools, dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans.
We supply charcoal and lighter fluid for your enjoyment of the BBQ pit outside.
The back porch has new, comfortable patio seating and outdoor lighting and fans for comfort. We love gazing into the valley and onto the Colorado River at all times of day.

Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire house, backyard, driveway and side yard. The side yard is great for parking trailers for your ATVs.

Other things to note
You’re in the country at Paradise Manor. We operate on well water which gives medium water pressure most of the time. It’s not low or extremely high, just medium. We also have a sensitive septic system which cannot handle any chemicals, baby/feminine products, food scraps, oils or cooking grease. All of the above must go into the trash.

Neighborhood highlights

The house is on a steep dirt road with other homes but not necessarily a neighborhood. Its important that the vehicle you drive to the house can handle dirt/gravel inclines. You will see neighbors to the right and you may see or hear them during the day. Marble Falls and Lago Vista are the closest towns with lots to do as described in our House Manual.
