The house is a couple blocks from Main Place Mall, Orange Outlet Shopping Center Chapman University and Orange Circle (Old Townes), which has all sorts of yummy places to eat and fun shops to browse. There are 22, 5 & 57 freeway within 1 mile range.

There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
Master room has 1 queen size and 2nd room has 1 queen size of bedroom sleeps for 2. There is 1 full size of the sleeper sofa in the living room.
