Sleeps 6 in two bedrooms, one master with a King bed and a second one with two Queen beds. Kitchen super equipped, and a very nice terrace overlooking the ocean. The suite is modern, a high build quality and very well appointed. Ac, ceiling fans, Tv & internet, washer/dryer. Common pool, jacuzzi. True walking distance to restaurants, spa, nightlife.

The space
Luxury beachfront condo / apartment in an IDEAL Las Terrenas location for your vacation and family gatherings. Ventanas al Mar is a small and well-kept nine (9) unit residence along a wonderful section of Playa Ballenas. The suite is a superior unit, modern, a high build quality and very well appointed, perfect for relaxing / play / remote work. True walking distance to all of Las Terrenas' best restaurants, shops, cafes and discotheques. Five (5) minutes and more. Lush palm trees and exotic vegetation all about.

The suite has two (2) spacious bedrooms, (one King bed and 2 Queen beds) two (2) luxurious baths, a large living area and a grand terrace with commanding views of your pool directly below you and Playa Ballenas directly in front to enjoy the wonderful palm trees and ocean views. The unit comfortably sleeps and accommodates six (6) adults.

Ventanas al Mar is in a 24-hour secured luxury complex with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, reserved parking spot, guest parking available and facility attendant to help with anything on site all day long. If the electricity goes out, it is not a problem, Ventanas al mar has an emergency plant that will allow you to continue enjoying air conditioning and all the comfort.

Also, consider reserving any maid service you may desire during your stay (applies fee of $25 usd). Popular services also include massages on the terrance and even a personal cook. Snorkeling adventures right in front of the unit and even niceties like a personal trainer and an in home cook at your request. All at reasonable local rates.

Guest access
Parking is in the rear of the building. Your reserved spot is right behind the unit marked "D2". If you have more than 1 car you will have to park out of the complex.

You will have one remote for the main door, please do not honk.

The pool it’s on the ground floor, and crossing the street you will be at one of the most beautiful beaches in Las Terrenas.

The apartment includes 15 kwt of electricity per day, and additional consumption will be charged at the checkout according to the difference between the start meter and the exit day meter, at the current price per kilo (15 DOP).

The daily rental rate is for 4 adults guests, extra guest has additional cost, to up to 6 guests.

- The check-in time is from 2 to 10 pm.
- The check-out is at 11.

•Food & Supplies: There are mercados everywhere but Lindo’s & the big Supermercado La Sirena back in town are the places to go to stock up.

•WiFi Around Town: There is WiFi almost everywhere. Simply ask for the password when you place an order.

•Parking: Designated spot marked “D2” directly behind unit.

•Services: Cooking, cleaning, other . . . Alma can help arrange as needed. Cleaning service $25.00USD.

•Overnight Security: They work 6pm to 6am. They will operate the parking gate for you after hours.

The terrace of the apartment has a large window, since the residential is right in front of the main street (Alberto Caamaño Deño) is a busy area for cars and motorcycles, so at some times of the day there could be noise, nothing serious but sometimes it is a possibility.

Supermarkets, beautiful beach, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, Las Terrenas & Fisherman's village is very walkable . . . 5 minutes down the Playa Ballenas.
