Garage studio in Altadena. Less than 2 miles from the Rose Bowl, 3 miles from Old Town Pasadena and Paseo Colorado. 24 Hour Fitness gym 1 block away.

The space
Guests will have a private entrance through driveway and have access to the deck and patio areas. While our family uses the deck and backyard, we certainly limit our use when we have guests, so as to respect your privacy.
We have lived in beautiful Altadena for over 25 years and can provide recommendations if need be :)

Other things to note
Please note that we have a smart tv to mirror your phone or tablet, but you so need access to your own Netflix or Hulu accounts, for example. To ensure the remote works properly, the TV is connected to our Prime account, which you are welcome to use to watch free programming. However, please do NOT rent or purchase any shows/movies. These will be charged to the guest with a $10 surcharge.

Additionally, our internet works well with streaming shows, as well as internet browsing but has been hit or miss for guests when it comes to speed during zoom calls. Please take this in mind if you are coming to work from the Airbnb and are reliant of fast internet.

There is NO SMOKING/VAPING allowed indoors. Note that the cleaning fee will be doubled if there is evidence of smoking indoors. It is very difficult to remove the smell and leads to additional cleaning efforts.

Please also read parking restrictions on street-sweeping days/hours. Parking is available on the cross-street during those hours.
