Unwind in a spacious modern home set within a 7acres organically cultivated land, elevated 122 meters above Pai town(620 meters above sea level), offering a naturally cooler microclimate above Pai. A gentle walk to a peaceful, flowing creek where quartz crystals can often be found, along with access to a private natural spring pool, inviting you into a truly refreshing escape.
Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a stay of ease, comfort, and quiet luxury.
The space
This listing is for the ground-floor level of the Stone Garden Home, featuring a bright and spacious modern studio in a two-story house set on a large piece of land. You will have access to the entire ground floor. Once your booking is confirmed, the upper floor will be blocked to ensure complete privacy, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful stay along with access to the surrounding garden and farm area. It offers an ideal space to disconnect from city life. We provide all the amenities needed for a comfortable and seamless stay.

Registered guests are welcome to explore the gardens around UTOPAI and welcome to enjoy complimentary access to the swimming pool throughout the stay and other area.

The home is equipped with a wall-mounted air-conditioning units.

*Food delivery available via LINE MAN app, or local delivery (฿100 day time / ฿150 after dark).
*All in one full-size multifunctional baby bassinet is available upon request, featuring a swingable bedside sleeper, three adjustable height levels, full-size play yard, rotating musical toys, mosquito net, diaper-changing station, wheels, and storage—suitable from newborn to 2 years old.
Rental fee: ฿150 per night (minimum 3 nights) or ฿800 per week.
**An additional full-size sofa mattress with complete bedding can be arranged upon request.
Adults: ฿500 per bed/night (included when booking an extra guest at ฿500 per person/night beyond 4 guests)
-Children (under 13): ฿250 per night; complimentary for extended stays beyond two weeks.
Advance notice is kindly required to ensure seamless preparation.
+Unregistered guests or pets are not permitted under Abnb policy and may be subject to additional charges.
Massage Services;
*Traditional Thai / Stretching Massage: ฿500/1.5 hours (recommended for a full-body experience)
Location is provided at the creekside hut.
Kindly request in advance with your preferred date, time, and duration to ensure availability.
**Both dry and stream sauna services are temporarily out of order.
*House Cleaning Service: 200฿/hour (available upon request)
**Events or gatherings involving unregistered guests must be requested and approved in advance. An additional fee of ฿200 per person applies for swimming pool use.
