The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL, 388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch complete with a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

The space
When staying, you can enjoy the sunrise peering through the many picture windows cascading over the gold country hills of Calaveras County- have a cup of Starbucks or Peets coffee or tea and enjoy your breakfast on the custom built, live edge dining table as you admire the view of wildlife and trees gently dance with the wind in this beautiful Tiny Home.

Work from home? Set up your laptop on the custom wood counter looking out the picture window over the ridge of the Mokelumne River Canyon. WiFi streaming capable for two people to Zoom at one time.

Because we are on a well for water, we are charging a $15 fee for both beds if only two people book and they require more than one bed.

**We use a Cold Fogger to treat the house after every guest for bacteria and viruses.**

Where you’ll be

West Point, California, United States

West Point is a small lumber town with a rustic charm- the home is a couple of miles away, set upon a 40 acre ranch with walnuts that showcases the elegance and beauty from a ridge between the North and Middle forks of the Mokelumne River. The North Fork is about 2 miles away with parking and bathrooms. If you’re looking for a mountain adventure or leisure- West Point is located about 1 1/2 hours away from Lake Tahoe. An hour from Kirkwood Mountain Ski Resort. There are also several smaller historic towns that are both beautiful and quaint -Volcano is 20 minutes, with dining, Black Chasm Cavern to explore and Indian Grinding State Park. Jackson and Sutter Creek Gold Mining towns are 25 minutes. Murphy’s is on the way to Calaveras Big Trees State Park an hour away. And the historic Columbia State Park town is an hour 15. The Shenandoah Wine Country is a short 45 minutes through Volcano or you can go through Sutter Creek and Amador City to stop for picnic provisions for the many prestigious wineries for your enjoyment. The drive upcountry to Silver Lake, Caples Lake and Hope Valley is one of the prettiest highways with the alpine lakes and over the Carson Pass into Hope Valley. In the Fall stop at Sorenson’s for stew and cobbler to enjoy the Fall colors.

I graduated from High School in 2019 and am fulfilling my dream of having a Tiny House. I lived Tiny with my parents for a few years and we loved the Tiny Living lifestyle so much- we wanted to share living Tiny with others!

I am captivated by modernistic design and used that to make the interior of my Tiny Home- and just recently fulfilled the vision of building the homesite on the most beautiful spot of the ranch. I am always making changes and finding inspiration.

I love hosting and traveling to Latvia to see my fiancé- and in the near future, I envision having more Tiny Houses on the ranch to design and host more amazing guests.
