The space
Everything you need to enjoy a few days in our lovely city. But the best part - Only mins to downtown or $5-6 Uber ride!!

The 500 sq ft condo has a nice queen bed + VERY SMALL pullout sofa if there's a 3rd wheel involved! Parking is free and near condo. Full kitchen with local coffee and tea provided. Shampoo, Body Wash, Hairdryer + Iron included.

The 12 South/Melrose area puts you in the absolute heart of it all, while being quiet and safe. Get anywhere in Nashville in less than 10 minutes. Area is walkable and parking is ample and free.


Guest have access to pool. Washer/Dryer in your condo. We offer 2 FREE yoga classes at our studio, Sanctuary for Yoga, for any guest staying in our condo! You will be on the guest list and we have mats. No worries!

We can have as much or as little interaction as our guest want. If you need suggestions or help navigating the city, let us know! We live around the corner. Please do make yourself at home.

This neighborhood is the perfect one-stop destination to live, eat, drink, play, and mingle. Stylish shops, polished homes, charming coffee shops, and a wide array of dining options are all within walking distance. In one visit, you are likely to find a vintage musical instruments, local craft beer, gourmet Popsicles, hand-stitched jeans (Imogene + Willie), and farm to table meals.

LOCATION: 8th ave is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Nashville b/c of it's location and your ability to be ANYWHERE in Nashville in 10 min. Minutes to downtown, 12 South, the posh Green Hills area and interstates. The area near the condo is walkable! Expect some construction & noise in the area.

I am a vinyasa flow teacher and yogini based in Nashville. My work and my life are based in a deep trust in the flow. In 2004, I co-founded Sanctuary for Yoga, Body & Spirit in Nashville where I co-direct Sanctuary's 200 and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs. In 2013, I founded Girl Tribe Ventures - a forum for collaborations with inspiring women and creative works. As part of Girl Tribe Ventures, my partner and I purchase investment property as way for traveling yogis and like-minded people to experience Nashville in an affordable way.
