The space
The Retreat and Bunk Room are cozy sanctuaries designed for slowing down. Curl up with a favorite book, sip a warm cup of tea or simply enjoy a quiet moment after a day exploring St. Augustine. The thoughtfully designed kitchen blends cottage charm with modern style, featuring sleek stainless steel countertops and appliances, a spacious farmhouse sink and a charming pot rack that adds both character and function. Throughout the home, warm pine plank floors, soft denim-blue furnishings and coastal-inspired touches create a welcoming atmosphere that's both relaxing and playful. Comforts of home with the unmistakable feeling that you're somewhere special! Start your morning on the classic front porch watching the neighborhood come to life, or unwind on the private deck as church bells echo through the historic streets and friendly neighbors offer a wave. It's the kind of place that invites you to slow your pace, soak in the charm and experience Lincolnville like a local.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, desk, driveway and back yard. The lot to the west of the home is not ours so please refrain from using that space.

Other things to note
Carmelo's is the only market, convenience store and gas station in the historic district at 146 W. King Street that can supply some of your needs. Great pizza too! Walmart, Target, Aldi, Publix, Winn Dixie, Staples and chain restaurants are are 2-3 miles south off US 1 outside of the district. With over 40 miles of scenic coastline, St. Johns County beaches offer some of the best recreational and wildlife viewing opportunities in the beautiful State of Florida. Ask the Hostess which options might suit your needs for the ultimate vacation experience that's right for you, or try them all! Charters, fishing, parasailing, helicopter rides, boat tours and more are all close by as well.
