Unique to Northern Illinois, this Spanish style Villa sleeps 10+ , boasts five patios, a Cantina, 7 ARCADES, HOT TUB, and many surprises you will find as you look at every turn to something unexpected. This property is filled with beautiful furnishings, featuring a balcony off of the upper level that boasts a 12 foot ceiling. Everything from two walk in showers, a jet tub and a hot tub for any level of self-care desired.

The space
Truly a hidden gem! The Sedona of Rockford Villa will take you into another place and time! There is plenty of room and guests can enjoy the outdoors all year around. The hot tub is available for your use 24/7. There is plenty of patio space outside, a grill, tiki bar, and enclosed Cantina building.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would ever need to make a full course meal. There are plenty of dishes, placemats, chargers and silverware to host an elegant dinner party. Enjoy coffee in the breakfast nook or enjoy a drink in our spacious upstairs private area with a wine and coffee bar. Relax in the jetted tub downstairs or experience the huge jetted shower in the bathroom upstairs, or have a refreshing rinse off in the lower level shower directly out of the hot tub!

There are TV's inside lovely armoires in the living areas with full access to Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix and cable. Play the piano, read a book, enjoy a game of chess or relax while listening to the sound of a waterfall (located in the dining room) Explore the lowest level to enjoy another indoor bar with TV , theatre sound system, coffee bar, refrigerator, microwave, seating areas, Arcades, more sleeping capacity, and bathroom with lovely tiled shower!

I love creativity and beauty! Working with my team on this property and creating this sanctuary in the city has been one of my most rewarding journeys to date. I am a retired DCFS master trainer. Prior to that, my sculptures were to be found in many of the local stores and businesses including the lobbies of the Old Clock Tower resort. It has been my good fortune to have traveled extensively here and abroad over the years. This Spanish style home is reminiscent of what I have seen with pargeted embellishments and walls that could tell many tales. My vision is to see the Sedona as the oasis that elevates those that enter into a state of pure joy!
