The house is located in the heart of "historic" Naples.
Its central location allows you to walk to all the major tourist attractions of the city: Piazza Plebiscito with the Church of San Francesco di Paola, Palazzo Reale, the San Carlo theater, Piazza Municipio with the Maschio Angioino, the port with ships and hydrofoils to the islands, Santa Lucia, Castel dell'Ovo, the promenade and shopping streets, the brand new Chiaia metro stop 5 minutes from home, the beautiful Toledo metro station from which you can reach the National Museum, the Cathedral, the historic center, and the central station in a few minutes.
With the funicular of Via Toledo, you can reach the Vomero, with the Certosa di San Martino, Castel Sant'Elmo and the Parco della Floridiana. The name of Via Egiziaca derives from the settlement of the devout Augustinian nuns of Santa Maria Egiziaca on this street where they lived until the order was suppressed in 1808. On the hill of Pizzofalcone, the first urban nucleus of the city of Naples was born, dating back to the 8th century. Pizzofalcone 41b vacation home is located in the historic building of the Egyptian convent in Pizzofalcone that originated in the first half of the 16th century, in Via Egiziaca in Pizzofalcone, on the hill of the same name, also known as Monte di Dio. The apartment, very quiet despite being very central, overlooks the beautiful courtyard of the building. Sunny, with a separate entrance, it is accessed by a small flight of stairs. The house can accommodate a family or a group of friends. It has a large living room with dining table, TV, WI FI and a comfortable sofa that if necessary becomes a double bed; a first double bedroom with walk-in closet and a second bedroom with one and a half bed with walk-in closet; 2 bathrooms of which one with shower (in the second bedroom) and one with bathtub/shower, kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer.
